I left school in Merthyr Tydfil at sixteen. I spent almost eleven years on nightclub doors in South London, then thirty in corporate life, leading teams across Europe, Asia and Australasia.
Today I write, speak and coach from Singapore. Everything I do rests on one belief: leadership is an inner discipline. The Greeks knew it two and a half thousand years ago.
Why an Executive Coach?
The leaders I work with have plenty of people offering advice. Very few of those people sit outside the organisation, have nothing riding on the decision, and will tell them the truth. That's the role I play.
I've led teams through acquisitions, restructures, new markets and my own mistakes. I know what the job feels like from the inside, including the parts nobody puts in the annual report.
