New Leadership Role - plan the first 90 days

Congratulations on your new leadership role! Here's an outline plan for your first 90 days on the job:

Week 1

  1. Get to know your team members: Schedule individual meetings with each team member to understand their roles, responsibilities, strengths, and areas for improvement.

  2. Meet with stakeholders: Meet with key stakeholders such as customers, partners, and vendors to understand their needs and expectations.

  3. Review current processes: Review current processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.

  4. Establish your leadership style: Determine your leadership style and communicate it to your team.

Weeks 2-4

  1. Develop a vision: Develop a clear vision for the team and communicate it to your team members.

  2. Identify goals and objectives: Work with your team to identify specific goals and objectives that align with the vision.

  3. Develop a plan: Develop a plan with your team to achieve the identified goals and objectives.
